By accessing or using CraftKip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. The platform

CraftKip is an online marketplace connecting clients who purchase digital and physical craft products with independent sellers. CraftKip provides the platform but is not the seller of third-party products unless stated otherwise.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account may be used to sign in as a client or seller depending on the role selected at login.

3. Client terms

  • Prices are displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required
  • Orders are subject to seller acceptance and availability
  • Refund requests follow our refund policy and applicable consumer law

4. Seller terms

  • Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and fulfil orders promptly
  • CraftKip charges a commission on each sale as stated in the seller dashboard
  • Sellers are responsible for compliance with tax, copyright, and product safety regulations

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use CraftKip for fraud, harassment, illegal content, intellectual property infringement, or attempts to disrupt the platform.

6. Intellectual property

CraftKip retains all rights to the platform. Sellers retain rights to their listings; they grant CraftKip a licence to display and promote them on the site.

7. Limitation of liability

CraftKip is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, CraftKip is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or disputes solely between clients and sellers.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@craftkip.com.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
